2. Before operation, operators shall wear work clothes, work caps and work shoes in order, fasten their skirts and cuffs, and do not put sundries that are easy to fall out in their pockets, and do not wear watches and various accessories.

3. Before starting the machine, add the required lubricating oil (grease) to each oil filling point, lubricating point and oil tank of the machine.

4. Without approval, non crew members are not allowed to start and operate the machine. Assistants and apprentices should work under the guidance of the receiver.

5. Before starting the machine, check whether there are sundries in all parts of the machine body. Give a signal (ring the bell) first, echo back and forth, and start the machine only after confirming that there are sundries around the machine.

6. Before the machine runs, count the circumference reversely and then count the circumference positively to avoid the damage of blanket and printing plate caused by sundries between rollers.

7. During the operation of the machine, it is strictly forbidden to touch the moving working surface with hands, repair and wipe the machine, cross the rotating parts, and keep the protective device of the machine complete.

8. The crew members shall strictly follow their posts according to the division of labor, pay attention to the operation of all parts of the machine at all times, and stop the machine immediately if problems are found.

9. The work site shall be kept clean and unblocked. There shall be no sundries around the workbench and machine, and the maintenance tools and spare parts shall be placed at the specified position.

10. When working, no one is allowed to play, play or make noise around the machine. Please keep children away from the machine.

11. At the end of the work, clean the machine, protect the printing plate, clean the blanket, impression cylinder and roller pillow, turn off the power, and fill in the work log.

12. Regular maintenance and repair of the machine and filling in maintenance and repair record data can extend the service life of the machine and improve production quality and production.

13. It is forbidden for non staff to operate.
